Child 0-17: $50 (with adult member)

Adult 18-64: $135

Adult  65+: $150

Family of 4 or more: $350 (2 adults and 2+ children under the age of 21)

Employer rate per adult: (minimum of 5 employees or more)

Adult 18-64: $100

Adult 65+: $120

Homebound: $200 (6 home visits per year)

$75 registration fee per household

*A discount of 10% will be assessed for any membership if the entire 12 month membership is paid in advance as a lump sum.
